Shipping Policy

We use trusted third party courier partners like Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery,etc for
shipping the products purchased on the website.
Delivery time may differ depending on the location of delivery but it usually ranges from 2 - 7
days from the date of placing the order on the website.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This
does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am IST will not be shipped
out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am IST on a Friday, your order will likely
be shipped out on the following Monday.

Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels. Proof of purchase such as an invoice or delivery note is required. Cazzano reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts. A flat return processing fee of Rs.150 /- will be applicable. Customers may also choose to self-ship the product by contacting Support@cazzanoshop.com

Gentle Hand Wash

Hand wash the cap gently in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid soaking it for an extended period, as prolonged soaking may affect the fabric’s softness, colour, stretch, and overall shape.

Avoid Bleach and Wringing

Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, or strong stain removers. Avoid scrubbing, twisting, or wringing the cap, as excessive pressure may damage its fibres and reduce its stretchability.

Dry Naturally in the Shade

Gently press out excess water and place the cap flat in its natural shape to dry. Keep it in a shaded and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and machine dryers, to prevent fading, shrinkage, or deformation.

Avoid High-Heat Ironing

Ironing is generally not required. When necessary, use the lowest heat setting and place a thin cotton cloth over the cap. Avoid direct heat, as it may damage the fabric, texture, or elasticity.

Store with Care

Store the cap neatly folded in a clean, cool, and dry place. Keep it away from moisture, sharp accessories, direct heat, and perfumes to maintain its shape, softness, and fresh appearance.
