After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This
does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am IST will not be shipped
out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am IST on a Friday, your order will likely
be shipped out on the following Monday.
Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels. Proof of purchase such as an invoice or delivery note is required. Cazzano reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
