Shipping Policy

We use trusted third party courier partners like Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery,etc for
shipping the products purchased on the website.
Delivery time may differ depending on the location of delivery but it usually ranges from 2 - 7
days from the date of placing the order on the website.
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This
does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am IST will not be shipped
out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am IST on a Friday, your order will likely
be shipped out on the following Monday.

Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels. Proof of purchase such as an invoice or delivery note is required. Cazzano reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts. A flat return processing fee of Rs.150 /- will be applicable. Customers may also choose to self-ship the product by contacting Support@cazzanoshop.com

Hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent to maintain the fabric’s softness, colour, and finish. Avoid soaking the stole for a long time.

Avoid Bleach and Wringing
Do not bleach, scrub, or wring the fabric, as this may damage its texture and shape. Gently press out excess water after washing.

Dry in the Shade
Dry flat in a shaded and well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause colour fading.

Iron on Low Heat
Use a low-temperature iron when required. Place a thin cotton cloth over the stole before ironing to protect the fabric.

Store with Care
Store the stole neatly folded in a clean, dry place. Keep it away from sharp accessories, moisture, perfumes, and direct heat.
